So I haven't lost a ton of weight since my last post, but I have been stuck at 194. I am not complaining as I haven't been under 200 in AGES! Probably longer than I would like to admit to :). I started drinking more water and using a tad of crystal light in my water bottle to give it a slight taste. I dropped the last few pounds I think from not drinking as much of the vitamin water zero stuff. It has good vitamins in it but a few carbs. Probably not enough to make a difference.. but I drink more water than the vitamin water and I feel a little better. The only calcium I like are the bariatric advantage (i think) lemon chewy bites. Only 250mg of calcium citrate per chew but it makes me feel like I am eating candy even though its sugar free n my calcium lol! Can't go wrong with that! :) But I had 2 or 3 days where my pouch was angry and didn't let me anything but mashed potatoes with some corn or peas mixed in it. Not the best choice, but I was happy to get something down besides water! I also noticed that I have to boil my chicken and then back for a few minutes as opposed to just bake it. If I boil it first, it tends to stay more moist for me and I don't feel sick.I still find it funny when I buy meat and come home and separate it into little sandwich baggies. I buy the chicken breast strips instead of the chicken breast. I separate 2 strips into each baggie. When I cook them, I boil them, cut them up and either soak them up in bbq sauce and pop them in the toaster oven for a few and enjoy! Or I will boil them, cut them up, and put some all purpose seasoning on them and enjoy! When I buy country ribs, I only can put one in each baggie. I boil it and cut it up and soak it in bbq sauce and pop it in the toaster oven for about 10 mins and enjoy! I also found that at Wal-mart they have single servings of vegatables. Thank goodness! I was so worried about how the heck I was going to do with these cans lol. I was super glad to have veggies added back into my food! Only thing that isn't 100% healthy for me is the white cheddar popcorn that I love so much. I have to watch how much I eat because I don't get full off of it. I think its about the only thing I feel like I have a bottomless pouch with. So as long as I keep it in moderation, I am okay. That is how I feel about it.
Well I posted more than I intended to! Sorry for rambling :)
