Losing Ground

So I'm starting to wonder what is going on. I haven't lost any weight in a few days. In actuality I gained a bit and now it's not leaving. Maybe I should step up my walking a bit. I have been trying to do about 20-40 minutes a day of exercise, but I have been clumping the minutes together. Maybe I should split it up, that way it might up my metabolism. I'm not sure what to do. Unless I have to up my exercise longer than what I'm doing. Tuesday ends my Modified liquids, but I have started with my full fluids kinda. Maybe that is why I'm not losing anything. One would think i would still lose something though...hmmm...
