Warning....May get long winded.  I have come so far in my journey.  I have lost almost 100 pounds since the day of surgery and over that since my highest weight.  I have went through so many NSV's!!! The thing is this.  I don't want to go on and on.

I had RNY on March 4, 2015.  I am already starting to see some hair loss, of course I was kind of thin to begin with.  For those that have had to take Biotin for hair loss, what is the mcg that you take?  I went to Wal-Mart today and bought 10,000 mcg.
