I made a weight loss video for myself of pictures "before" and month by month.  I ended up posting it to facebook today and got some wonderful responses!  I wasn't sure if I wanted to let the people I hadn't seen since high school see my 'before' pictures, but I'm proud of my accomplishment so far.  So I posted and I'm sure glad I did!

I am one ounce away from 10 lbs that would have been three weeks if I had lost that stupid ounce. Oh well, next week I know it will be in lbs and that makes me happy too. Tamara Barker You all have made me cry like a baby after reading your words. I have gone from thinking about my weight every second of the day (literally) to feeling energetic and good about myself. I don't have that weight on my mind any more either. When I first watch the video, I get teary eyed thinking of how depressed I was.
Not only do I look younger, but I feel younger too. Samantha actually said I played just like a kid with her today. I love life now!
