Bicycle

Got mom's old bicycle out of the garage in Sandusky yesterday.  Scott and Samantha cleaned it up for me and pumped up the tires.  The thing hadn't been ridden in at least 20 years.  We all went to Stepping Stones (in 2 separate cars because we couldn't fit mine and Samantha's into my car) and headed out.  I "chased" Samantha around the path three times which equaled 3 miles.  Wow!  What a free feeling.  I haven't ridden a bike like that in almost 20 years myself.  Scott walked the path a couple of times. He wants to get a mountain bike and then all three of us can ride.  Yesterday I ordered a bike rack for my car.  Hopefully it comes soon so we won't have to carpool every time we want to go biking.

Today is 133 pounds.  Wow!  What a difference in how I feel from 133 pounds ago.  I'm a new person.  I am SOO glad I got the surgery done.
