One year

Tomorrow it will be one year that I had my sleeve done.  I went and saw my surgeon today for my year checkup.  I've lost 124 pounds by their scales since my highest weight with them.  My surgeon was VERY proud of me.  The only vitamin deficiency I had was my Vitamin D which he said was usual.  This is the best thing I have done for myself.  I am so happy, so energetic and so proud of myself!!
