I've been waiting this whole week to find out if I'm going to be able to have surgery or not. This has really been affecting my sleep for the the pass couple of days. So I decided to call the insurance company today thinking they would give me bad news and guess what they didn't. I'M APPROVED.  I cant wait to get a date so I guess I'll call the doctors office tomorrow first thing in the morning.

So my cardiologist called my today and told me that my heart looks fine and that she was going to send my paper work over to my surgeon's office today. The nurse at the office will send my papers over to insurance on Monday and she said I should have a date my the end of next week. I'm so excited. Hopefully I get approved. If so I want the next date available, as soon as possible. IM READY TO BE HEALTHY.

So I went in for my echo today. Hopefully nothing is wrong with my heart and my cardiologist clears me. This is the last step I have to take before my surgeon sends my paper work to insurance fro approval. The nurse said that if my cardiologist clears me by the end of this week then she can send my paperwork in by Monday and i could probably be approved by next Friday. Lets hope and pray all goes well.

Hello
I'm looking to have WLS hopefully one day soon. I'm almost done with all my insurance requirements. I just visited with my cardiologist and because my blood pressure is high i have to have another appointment before I can be cleared with her. Other than that everything else is good. Just waiting for my BP  to down in the next 2 weeks so I can get a date and get on the loser side!

I'm a wife and mother who has struggled with my weight my whole life. I'm ready to make changes in my life that will help me to become a better wife and mother. I'm ready to set positive examples in my kids life for they wont have to grow up with the samee struggles as me. My husband and I are trying to do this thing together.
