lactose intolerant? (day 7)

oh please please please say it aint so!!!!!! i so love milk and cheese and ice cream and yogurt and lattes and on and on and on...i finally found a little treat to drink to make light of this stupid stupid stupid liquid diet. ive been drinking hot green tea with ff milk and equal...it was really tasty. it even reminded me of my decaf lattes i lived on. but i vomitted the past 3 days everytime i drank it. then im thinking maybe my milk was bad and i didnt know it cause the taste was masked by the equal. i figured this cause in my vomit was some serious curd and whey like the milk spoiled inside my stomach. but then coming out of posts in the forum people are suggesting that i might be lactose intolerant. ughhhhhh....im praying its just milk and not all dairy!! ill have to give soy a try...
