I havent posted in a couple of weeks because things have been verrrry hectic and crazy. but lets see....

I had my Nurse Educator appointment, that went well. She just talked about the risks of surgery and what was going to happen during the hospital stay, etc. My mom was there too so she could hear all about the surgery and what not and see how dedicated I am to it as well! She also went to school with the nurse that did the meeting so she talked to her some more while I took a potty break. We also signed a million papers and consent for surgery things, so thats all taken care of. and if I cant make my own decisions my mom is my health care proxy.... done!

Friday I came to work after bringing my roomie, Jess to Logan airport. I was there for a couple hours just doing some work and designs and what not. Helen and I decided to leave around the same time so we locked up and headed out... I pull out to take a left and CRASH!!! i got hit by a small truck. it was lovely. but no injuries or anything just my poor car. the drivers side front tire is no longer attached.. :( the A frame broke or something (i know little about cars)... the appraiser for the insurance company came and assessed the damage.... $2600. which is super because I have full coverage so were getting a check for that amount, and it reality will only be using about $800 worth of it! I dont need the body work and what not... I dont care if theres a few dents in my car, just as long as I can drive it again ill be happy!

but anyway... back on topic
Monday I had my third workshop, we went over all of our presentations that i talked about in my last post. Mine went well and ill post what i said/wrote when I remember at home because thats where the paper is. Other than that we just discussed everyones issues/presentations and then went on our way.

I got a call from the nurse at Dr. Kreugers office on Monday also... she was asking if I was having any UTI symptoms because there was something red and white blood cells in my urine...? well im feeling fine, and i would definetly know if I have a UTI because I have had about a million in my life time (and that is just a small exaggeration).

Other than that I havent really gotten any real exercise in but I need to start getting on the treadmill 3-4 times a week and working my butt off... these thighs are not going to go away just sitting on the computer or the couch. lol
