Starting to journal my food

Starting today I am going to journal every bite that I eat and every thing that I drink. I've stopped drinking soft drinks and I'm drinking unsweetened tea and crystal lite products. For breakfast I drink a boost protein shake. I'm having a lot of back pain and can't exercise.
