"I finally met Dr. Marcus! I have to say I was nervous when I first met him, but all of a sudden a calmness came over me. He was very personable and seems to be very committed to his profession. He was very detailed in his explanation of the surgery (good aspects and possible adverse side effects)and he made me feel very at ease and at peace with my decision after the consultation. I sat there in his office with a list of questions 3 pages long and he answered each one throughly and with confidence. His office staff is very busy, however, they know thier stuff!!!
