"My first impression of Dr. Geiss came by way of his staff who were wonderful when I called to make my appointment. Then when I met him in person I realized what a caring surgeon he is. I brought my husband and daughter along for the visit and he came out personally and welcomed all of us into his office. He explained the procedure and showed me the band itself. He answered any questions we had. I feel he is very caring and serious about helping the obese patient lose weight. He has a support group meeting the first Tuesday of every month for pre and post op patients and he is there with his staff except for the office staff. Aftercare is very important to Dr. Geiss and he stresses the importance of being in contact with his office. This past meeting he showed a tape of an actual operation which he explained and you could tell how much this operation is important to him and that he is a very talented surgeon. I have recommended Dr. Geiss and even have my best friend coming from Delaware to have the operation with him."
