"I felt that some of the nurses could have been friendlier. I felt like they were there to do there job and that was it. I was very pleased with my pre- surgical nurse, Bettyshe was so warm and friendly and had a good sense of humor. My surgical nurse was a sweetie I can't remember her name, but she was swedish and spoke with an accent. Some of my paperwork got misplaced and I was not happy about that. On one of my papers in my room had the wrong first name on it. I'm glad I'm home."
"I liked Dr. Simpson first time I met him. He knows his stuff, and that makes me confident that I have chose the right surgeon. He has a good sense of humor. He definately emphasizes aftercare which I think is good, I feel like I will always be able to count on him with any cares or concerns I might have."
