Hello Oh Fam it has been a while since my last post but I wanted to take this time to update you on my progress.  I am currently 4 1/2 months out and have lost 40 lbs since surgery.  My total weight loss to date since I started my journey is 70lbs. I feel so good. I thank you all for your encouraging words and wisdom you have shared with me.  I look forward to hearing about your progress as well.  Until next time.......xoxoxo
