"First impression was good. He's funny and engaging. Gives you the impression that he really knows his stuff. His staff was friendly. They just changed hospitals,so it was a little hectic for them. I felt that they were trying to support me, but getting the approval was a bit hairy. I only saw Dr. DeWitt one time during my stay in the hospital,and it wasn't even for a conversation. He just kind of popped his head in, answered a question about discharge, and was on his way. I guess if I had to choose bedside manner or proficiency in surgery,I'd choose the latter every day of the week. And so far, so good. I'm pleased"
