Rebecca - Congratulations on your awesome weight loss and being down to a size 14! I hope you are able to come out to the Walk from Obesity, September 18, 2004 at Camden Yards. Information is available on the MD board and also at www.walkfromobesity.com\baltimore. There will be over thirty bariatric-friendly vendors there giving away free products. Randy Jackson will be there to speak, walk, and take photos and there will be a huge "Celebration of Life" party afterwards. I hope to see you there. Hi Rebecca, I'd say don't be nervous but, heck, I was nervous. Of course it was all for nothing (except I burned a few more calories) because my surgery went fine. I always say the week before surgery was harder than the week after. Nerves can do that to you. Keep it postive. That means only positive people around you. The negative ones are just ill-informed. I hope all your health and weight-loss dreams come true. All the best,
