where to start my first banding was years ago I have gone threw 3.. I had lost 40 lbs my first time then an slip in the office put a hole in my port.. it has gone down hill from there.. I now weigh more them I had the first time in 06.. I need to start over but can't get motivated.. I need a bit of help,
