I am almost 38 and have six beautiful children and a wonderful husband.  I have been overweight for what seems like forever.  I was always the "fat" one growing up, next to my skinny, skinny sister.  Looking back at the pics I was NOT fat, but I was bigger than "skinny" sister.  It kind of left it's mark on me and I was up about a hundred pounds before I realized it.  That was about 75 lbs ago.  I feel like I have this wonderful life, but there are so many things I am not doing because of my weight.  I also use it hide from people, which I know I will have to change and overcome or the surgery will fail as well.
