"Dr. Fang is a very soft-spoken, capable surgeon. I researched him and found only positive information. His bedside manner was excellent and I will recommend him to others, however I have not seen or had any contact with Dr. Fang since the day of my surgery. I'm not sure if he takes care of his own aftercare patients or not. It appears that he leaves this to his Physician's assistants.
When dealing with his staff, I always feel hurried and they appear very busy. In the informational seminar they skimmed over the risks.
I really like their dietician, Janelle. She is friendly, approachable and returns phone calls/e-mails promptly."
