i feel great.  I am down 45 pounds and going strong!!!!

Well it's a little over a month post-op and I am feeling really good.  I did over do it a little over the Holidays and paid for it but it was a lesson learned.
I have no complaints to speak of.  I feel pretty good and having no problems with solid foods.  I am down 21 pounds and very excited.

I can't believe it's a week but here I am sipping on broth.  I am trying to adjust to not eating and it is more difficult than I thought.  I guess I am mourning the loss of food but I am sure that will change soon.  I still am so happy with my choice and I am looking forward to what tomorrow brings.

I am making the call to schedule this week.  I am excited beyond belief but also a little nervous.  I will be making the trip to Mexico alone because husband has to stay with the kids.  That's ok, I feel I will be fine.  All of these wonderful people I have met through this site have made me feel so comfortable and confident that I will be just fine.  I am hoping to maybe have a "sleeve buddy" with me.  We'll see!!!
I am still gathering as much info as I can about what to expect after the surgery and everyone here has been great.
