"Dr. Rohrer is awesome! Simply the best you can find. Direct and to the point. Knows his stuff. Is very willing to answer any and all questions you have. Expects you to be not only a participant in the program but sit in the drivers seat for knowing how it works, what is coming, and to be the one to take control of your own life and health. When you want a surgeon that knows his job and has years and years of experience to back it up, Dr. Rohrer is your man. rnrnHis office staff is simply amazing. They are not only friendly and helpful but they treat you as if you were old friends. The care and attention is simply second to none. Lisa is simply amazing and I could spend hours *tooting her horn*. I feel as if I can contact them at anytime for the rest of my life and always feel and know that some one is there to answer the phone and my questions and concerns. rnrnThe Great Falls program is not for those who want to be babysat through the process. Which is WHY I love it. I knew what I needed to do and that I am responsible for me. I like that there is no froo froo and mindless, meaningless steps and hoops to jump through. Very to the point program.rnrnIf I had one \"not so happy with\" point it would be that there is no call to check on out of town patients the first week they are home. I understand how busy they are but I think that would be a welcome addition to the program up there. I don't feel they need to baby sit out of town people but I do feel that there should be some kind of \"check\" to make sure everything is going ok that first week home. rnrnOk so there is one more. The lack of online support for the clinic is also not a great thing. A simple yahoo group for out of town patients to get in touch with each other and have a place to go for questions would be awesome. Again if you are from out of town there is not a lot of support ( I do not mean care I mean support as in support groups - the care is awesome). We started a support group here in Billings and have had great support from Great Falls about it.
