I am waiting for my initial consultation with Dr. Caruana. All paperwork, visits with nutritionist, psych evaluation etc are comple. Now the waiting game continues. 10 more days until my initial visit with Dr. Caruana. I'm excited and anxious. Will he approve me f or surgery? Has anyone ever not been approved?  I had my initial consult with Dr. Caruana on Oct 13- he approved me for surgery. I received a call on the 31st from my insurance co. saying I was approved.  I'm so excited.  Now I'm waiting for the Dr.'s office to set surgery date! I hope it will be soon.
