hi again so im 2 weeks post op today ive lost a total of 20 lbs exactly so far. very excited. the doctor told me that i can now advance my diet to pureed but that if i do my weight loss will slow down. that i should expect to lose only 10 pounds these next two weeks! oh my goodness no!!! so i have decided to stick with my liquid diet. i refuse to slow down this process!!! ive lost several inches and cant wait to lose more check out my health tracker to find out
