thrilling DS quick weight loss results

Hello everyone,
My name is Daniel and I recently had a DS surgery performed in Tijuana, Mexico with Dr. Daniel Huacuz which was a wonderful experience. At first, I was a little scared but now actually 5 weeks later, I am down 50 plus lbs!
My question today is? Is this common to lose rapid weight sooooo fast? I am assuming that I lost mostly fat and now my body looks great. I am sure that I will plateau soon.
In addition, I wanted to work out but in the last few weeks, I havent had the time nor the energy in doing so.
I was told that after 5 or 6 weeks, I could start working out lightly again. In addition the only thing recommended was to walk for 30 mins which I guess I done.

As of now, I am thrilled and looking good and I cant wait to have a sexy 6 pack on my stomach which will result soon. Dan
