I am super happy to report that I am now in ONEDERLAND!!!!   I am feeling really good and very  proud of myself.   Just need to share.

Hello,  I am almost 6 months post surgery and have been doing quite well. Yippee for me!!   I focus on getting in my protein first, then veg and then starch.  

 I am not a big fan of most cooked vegies so it is a chore to get them down at dinne

Super Excited, my surgery is just one week away!!! Oct 16th. One more week of Opti to go. Feeling good, positive and excited.
