Hello, I am new here. I am 25 years old and have been obese for 3 years now. I was aalways in the normal weight range till I moved back to Australia in 2013. I gained 30 kgs (66 lbs) in 6 months. I was depressed and ever since then I've been trying to lose the weight but everytime I lose a few kgs I just gain them back if not more. I am currently seriously considering doing the Gastric sleeve surgery within the next month. I have so many worries and fears. I hope I'll be able to find some answers here.
