Officially on Pre-Op Diet

I say "officially" because I started my own pre-pre-op diet nine days ago. (That's in addition to my regular dieting efforts.)

I began with a few days of solid food for dinner only, with liquids the rest of the time. Then I moved to liquids only, but incorporating some things that aren't technically allowed on my surgeon's diet for me.

I'm down 8lbs in 8 days. 

Now it's the real deal! Full liquids only from now until surgery. I don't really have to start until Monday, but I'm ready now. The more I can shrink my liver before the op, the better, right?

Clear protein and broth, here I come! ????
