day 2 (start of) 232.0

I realize I should only be writing at night when I have successfully completed a day but I must say how awesome I feel! I called my doctor and she said it would be OK to use peanut butter for my calories...I only had 670 calories yesterday and I felt bad knowing I need more calories. She said 1 and a half servings a day of Adams natural would be fine since it would up my caloric intake by 300. Weird considering this is a liquid diet. But…. I see how it can help me not cheat. And it’s better to intake 2 – 3 tablespoons of peanut butter than cheat and eat the whole kitchen. I still lost weight so. It’s fine for me! Plus my walking everyday will work with it. I ate 2 tablespoons yesterday at different times each when i felt i would cheat and ate very slowly!

I got really hungry around 8 pm last night so I decided to go for a 2 mile walk, moderate of course. When I got back I was so sleepy and decided to sleep around 9 pm. (no school for kids today) its 11 am and WOW did I just sleep in? I believe sleep is key to this diet! I feel great and I am excited because the next two days are weekends meaning I get to sleep in again! For me, I think this will help...

I got on my WII fit a few moments ago and lost 3 lbs! Now I realize the first 10 pounds is water weight but, 10 lbs off your knees is 10 lbs off your knees! 3 lbs down and now I feel I can do this! Perhaps weighing myself everyday will help me be more successful. But this could also be my fall...ill take the chance! Day two is going to go great!

day 1- 235.0lbs

Today is day one of my liquid diet/ food fast.

Premier protein 3xs a day. 100 oz of water. All the broth I can drink (3x 1/2 cup) or more if needed as long as I keep up on water’s also have almond milk unsweetened that I will drink every other hour. (1 cup)

My doctor wants me to have sleeve surgery. But honestly I am terrified. we may plan for one if this does not work out for me!he suggested to me as well as another doctor I see that I should try a liquid diet and see if that will help my mind realize I do NOT need food every 30 min. i'm 235lbs. to you it may not seem like alot but for me.. Its 120 lbs over weight! I have a thyroid problem and my doc is insisting that this "fast from food" will help control it. I am also a borderline diabetic at the moment.

im terrified becuase im married, with 3 kids. ohh the many many snacks that are in this house....
