"I am pre-surgery and have had only the initial appointment with Dr. Daly. He is a general surgeon and is highly recommended for the bariatric procedures. For my initial appointment I had a long wait (over an hour), for which there was no explanation or apology. Although he appeared to not be one for small talk, he provided a detailed description of the procedure and his program; covering the good, the bad, and the ugly. He descirbed the risks and benefits, and defined what I would be required to do. What impressed me was the aftercare aspect and how he is accessible to the patients. rnrnHis staff are exemplary and have already provided top-notch assistance, guiding me patiently and promptly through all my clearance exams. rnrnI am in the insurance review process and will have to wait until post-surgery to update the surgery experience.rnrnUpdate (1/4/08): Tammy from Dr. Daly's office called me the same day that she received the insurance approval letter. She coordinated the surgery date (2/6) & final details in less than a week."
