I had the gastric sleeve on Oct 28,2015 with Dr.Mun at Kaiser Permanente in Torrance Ca. When I first started my journey I was weighing in at 317lbs. I lost 35lbs before surgery. The day of surgery I weighed 282lbs. Today is April 23,2016 I weighed myself a week ago and I weighed in at 217lbs. If my math is correct, so far, I've lost 65lbs in 6months and approximately 100lbs from the start of my journey. Having weight loss surgery(sleeve)was the best decision I've ever made. I'm totally off high blood pressure medication and I no longer am pre-diabetic. I went from wearing a 3/4 X shirt to a 1X. My pants size went from a 46/48 to a 36/38. I haven't reached my goal weight yet of 200lbs or maybe 195lbs. I'm kinda leaning towards 200lbs, it will all depend on how I'm looking (lol) don't wanna be too thin.
