I Said a Prayer of Healing for you -- body, mind and soul -- That God would bring you comfort to restore and make you whole. I prayed you'd be surrounded by His awesome love and healing, Dispelling all anxiety or pain you might be feeling. I hope everything goes as planned and that you have a speedy recovery. Some words of advice: Please remember to keep positive thoughts at all times. When in doubt – ASK! Keep records of everything, including photos (makes a great scrapbook that you can look back on when you reach goal) and please keep your journal updated because you never know whom you might be helping. May you have a uneventful surgery and a God speed recovery! Oh and my nine year old did the same thing to me...kids are so wondeful they love us the way we are no matter what GOd bless you and your babies on this journey!

How exciting and <b>CONGRATULATIONS</b> your chance at a healthier life is just days away. What a happy and important time for you. Just remember your overall attitude plays a large role in your recovery, keep it POSITIVE and ask lots and lots of questions. This is a new learning experience for all of us that choose this path and we draw so much from each other. I look forward to reading all the wonderful and exciting changes that you will be blessed with as you begin to make your journey to the healthier and thinner side! It is time to start living life for YOU. This surgery is the first step of many that will lead you in the direction of your newly founded freedom. Congratulations on your surgery date! I have some Zen Wisdom for you - Nothing exists but momentarily...One thing flows into another...observe things as they are, let everything go as it goes. This is to put everything under control in its widest sense. --- May God keep you close to his side as you travel your new journey. You will have ups and downs. You can always turn to us, your AMOS family, we will give support, comfort and encouragement. You will find this will be the best thing you could ever have done for yourself as well as your family. I know that was true for me. Keep us posted when you reach the "other" side. I pray for a speedy and easy recovery for you. Don’t forget to update your profile at least monthly. We all like to see how we are doing!!! Make sure you take pictures. It’s great to see the new you emerge!!! Not to mention the look on YOUR face when you look at those pictures and compare them in a few months! It’ll be a BIG WOW!!! Please remember too, that this is a *tool* to use.
