one of my incision sites is leaking so I’m heading to the doc today. I change the dressing more than 5 times/day Anyone else have that post op? I’m 5 days out from surgery.

had surgery on Friday and was finally sent home yesterday after I passed lots of gas. Tonight is my first night home and I can’t seem to get comfortable in bed. Those adjustable beds seem so amazing now! How did you prop yourself to ease discomfort?

are the delmonte no sugar added ice pops ok to eat afterwards? I’m assuming it’s not ok for my 48 hr liquid prior to surgery but I didn’t know about afterwards

of course it’s a Saturday and I’m having trouble keeping my optifast down. Started with trots, that’s passed but last night and this morning, I’m having trouble keeping the shake down.

I'm day 2 of opti...and i woke with a terrible headache this morning...is this normal? I'm also experiencing quite the intense of the "optitrots"...does this lessen after day 3? and I can only drink half a shake at a time, and I drink the other half a

I just got a surgery date for Feb 9, I won’t be on optifast for the full two weeks. I’m so excited and scared. I’ve been lurking in the shadows, but thought I’d say hi. I had my first opti shake tonight. I’m making decaf ice cubes to hopeful
