"I was very comfortable with Dr. Toussaint. She was very confident and provided complete information. Dr. Toussaint speaks very fast. I had to listen very, closely to follow her. I had done my research before meeting with her. She covered the process completely and answered all of my questions. Her pace suited me perfectly. I was impressed with her no-nonsense demeanor and her confidence. I was the last patient of the day. The patient educator was maybe 6 weeks post-op. She was nice, provided complete information but seemed really tired--lacked energy. I suspect this is how I will feel when I return to work after surgery.
I had surgery 11-26-02. Dr. Toussaint was wonderful. She was confident, efficient, very attentive and knows this procedure. I see her in one week for a follow-up appointment."
