 So I know we're not supposed to have nicotine and tobacco post-op but what about smoking marijuana?

Okay so my surgery is June 21st and my doctor recommended I stop drinking caffeine all together and I'm still drinking about a cup of day.  I drink my coffee with one teaspoon instant coffee and some non sugar creamer.   if I do not drink coffee I tend to get migraines so I guess my question is after surgery do I have to stop drinking coffee all together I've been seeing people say different things.  And as far as alcohol I'm not a big drinker I probably drink two drinks a month Maybe I'm just curious because I am going to Vegas 3 months after my surgery and I'm just wondering if I will be able to drink a little bit or not at all any opinions will be greatly appreciated ????????
