I am five years post op and my life has changed sooooo much!!! I have only gained back 10 lbs in all that time and that was because my doctor wanted me to try a new med. lol I gained 10lbs in a month! Dropped that med! Lol. It's a great surgery and I still can only eat a tiny bit of food. I don't miss it either. That was probably the biggest surprise. I thought I would miss the food terribly. The first few months I kind of did but I was so excited about the weight loss it was cool. It was one of the scariest and best decisions of my life for sure!!!
