I am sure, like many others, I have tried every diet out there and maybe then some.  For me my life of dieting started when I was 10 and my mother hauled me to the doctor for a supervised diet.    I guess that was the first of many diet failures in my life and what landed me here today.   I have toyed with the idea of weight loss surgery half of my adult life but am finally on my journey.  The approval for my surgery came the day before my birthday-What a birthday present.
