The side I sleep on has the battery. That side is still tender so a good nights sleep hasn't happened yet.  Everythin g is healing well.  When I do eat food it seems like the stomach expands and presses against the battery which in turns presses against the ribs; at least that is what I think.  Maybe I am a little   I'll discuss it with the Dr. this week.

Getting old isn't any fun.  You don't bounce back as fast as one hopes.  All in all I am doing great.  The pain in the shoulders from having the stomach filled with gas was/is worse than the incision spots.  Have not relied on the pain meds too much.  The only surprise was the incision where the battery is implanted is bigger than I thought or led to believe.  Then again, I am not entering any bathing suit contests so it really doesn't matter.  I might have a great made up story how I was stabbed and shot 4 times and they still couldn't kill me or I could say I had Vbloc WLS.  ;-}
