Hi (anyone who may read this),
My name is Rini and I chose to change my life in 2011 by undergoing gastric bypass surgery (RNY). The journey has been a blessing along with hardships. My recent health issues have led me down a path of depression and anxiety. To try to get myself out of the depression it was suggested in therapy that I write about my journey, struggles, and happier times as a record. If anything that I go through could potentially help someone in any way my struggles would be worth it.
This is my journey of weight loss struggles, surgery, complications, and postprandial hypoglycemia.
