Okay, so I'm on day 6 and I was wondering if there's some type of formula, so many grams of carbs to so many grams of protein. 

So, I had my revision surgery( lap-band to sleeve) on Wednesday, July 20th. I woke up sobbing, nauseous etc. I was contemplating whether I had made the right decision. lol, too late now. I stayed overnight. I love my surgeon Dr. Mark Pleatman and the nurses. Everyone was so pleasant.

Dr. Pleatman gave me a wealth of info and he returns calls asap. I just wanted to know from someone's personal experience about protein intake and calories.
