Hello everyone ! My weight-loss story actually started back in 1993 I had vertical gastroplasty I lost a lot of weight kept it off for about 6 years then it suddenly started coming back I did everything trying to get the weight back off it just didn't work so finally I just had enough we got some really good insurance with Kaiser Permanente and I still a great Doctor dr. Kim he said he wasn't too sure if he could do the surgery but he was willing to try so February 11th 2016 I had revisional surgery to a ruin y bypass he found that the 1st doctor used wire mesh to create the band which had completely sealed off my Staples head busted open and tore the lining of my stomach he had to remove 3 inches of my stomach he found there was a lot of scarring so he was able to remove the scarring he created a new pouch about the size of an egg and I also had to do hernia repair.
