"I meet with him on June 3rd. I did find out that his nurse, Suzie and the administrator of the clinic he works at had the surgery. Both have aswered all of my questions and have been very nice. I will keep you updated after I meet with him!rn6/3/02 I met with him today and it went great! He spent quite a bit of time with me and answered all of my questions. My measurements were taken--yuck! We scheduled a tentative surgery date of July 30th which hinges on insurance approval and my pre-op testing going okay. He definitely stresses aftercare to the max which is a good thing. I won't mind making the 1 1/2 trip to Milwaukee at all. You have to see him 5 times in the first year after surgery then yearly for the rest of your life. He was so nice and absolutely honest about the risks of surgery. I just will wait now to see if I get approved by my insurance company!rnrn9/28/02: I was approved for surgery.
