I've been obese most of my life! I used drugs to lose weight as a young adult and have been clean for 12 years. In these 12 years I've grown as a person, in size as well. I have a great career helping people with mental health issues and a very supportive family. My journey began when I couldn't fit onto an amusement ride he wanted me to go on and in front of my son I got asked to get off the ride. I have surgery scheduled for Aug and I will for the first time ever be in charge of my health!
