I just spoke to lisa, she still is really wiped out from her surgery. They nurse's are planning on getting her out to walk again today.She still seams to be in a bit of pain.

I spoke to Lisa and she is OK. They did a hernia repair as well, so it was a tough surgery. She expects to be home Wednesday at the earliest. She is sipping her hourly water with no problems. The switched her morphine to dilaudid and it is working better for her. I will check on her again during the week.

Hi All! Spoke with the nursing supervisor and Lisa's hubby yesterday. Lisa's surgery was delayed until almost 3pm! (I would have been pissed and hungry!) When I spoke to her hubby at 7 she was still in surgery - however when I spoke to the nursing supervisor at 9 she was out of surgery and stable. I will post back later after I speak to her myself.
