Well i came home yesterday afternoon.I am doing great. I am so happy i have done this wls. Today is my 42nd birthday, this was the best present i could have given myself. I have lost 11 pounds already. I went food shopping this morning, i walked the whole super market. I will have my staples out all 33 of them on may 10th. I also want to thanks all of the people who posted to my profile and wished me well, thank you all!

I saw Mindy today and she looks GREAT! She was sitting up in her chair.(thats where she said she was sleeping) We were able to take a walk. Her epidural came out today and we actually had a few laughs.

I spoke with Mindy around 6pm and she sounds WONDERFUL!! She did have the epidural and was not too uncomfortable. She said she was sitting up in the chair for a good part of the day. She asked that I say hello to everyone and she will post as soon as she is able.

Mindy's husband Ralph just called. Her surgery went well. (they had a wait at the hospital) Ralph said Mindy was awake and in good spirits when he left.

Hi Mindy, Gosh it's almost here. I have been so busy today I really didn't have time to think much about tomorrow. Now that I am powering down it's all I can thinkof . I am amight bit nervous but I know I have made the right decision and can't wait to start posting the #s lost. Want to let you know I am thinking of you and wish you well and a speedy recovery. Pat
