"The staff at Laurie's office is extremely knowledgeable and supportive. When I first went, I was quickly put at ease by each person I met. You are expected to do what they say, however, in regards to attending suport groups, practicing wtih making eating diaries, keeping appointments, etc! This is all for the patient's own good however. They know what they are doing and know what works! My only complaint is the wait for first appointment and for surgery. This process has been over a year for me and that has been frustrating. I keep telling myself it is because this surgeon and staff is good and in Vermont, we don't have many choices."
