"Dr. Schrock is a nice guy - very straight forward. He answered all of my questions in a very thorough friendly manner. He's been doing this surgery for almost 15 years so he definately gives the impression that he knows what he's doing. I feel lucky to put my life in his very capable hands. His nurse (did not catch her name - but she's tall, blond and beautiful) was very sweet. Janet, his authorizations gal, went waaaay above and beyond for Kim and I. She stayed at work until almost 8:00 pm the other night getting our paperwork together to send to Aetna. She's the best!!! "
