Well, it’s official! You’re on the losing side for a month now. I hope that all went well for you! Your journey will have moments to “pause” – I’d like to impart some words of wisdom for when it does occur - remember these wise words whispered by Confucius – “It does not matter how slowly you go so long as you do not stop.” Be patient. You didn’t put it on over night, it won’t come off over night (DARN IT!)… RNY 10/31/03 – down 81 pounds!!! Good luck!

Hey! Just wanted to wish you good luck on your big day!! Think positive thoughts and do exactly what your doc tells ya and you'll be great!! I'm only 7 weeks out and already down 45 lbs!! Best thing I've ever done for me and my family! Best wishes and prayers to you for an easy go of it and a quick recovery!! Remember...walk, walk, walk :) Cyndy

How exciting to be embarking on a new journey that will change your life FOREVER!!! It was the very best thing I could have ever done for myself and my family. I am sure you will experience the same feelings. It will have it's ups and downs. Know that we your AMOS family will be here when you need us.
