11-3-04-Its 10 months post op and I'm at 108lb weight loss! My birthday is Saturday, November 6th and I already have the best present I could imagine! Thanks for all the support from my WLS pals!

10-4-04-down another 5 lbs for a total of 105lbs!...This has been a great summer and I've enjoyed ever moment with my daughter! We are so blessed. For all the pre-ops out there...hang in there!....your time is coming!

9-25-04-Back from the doctor today and I'm finally at the 100lb loss mark!!!...YYEEAAAHH!!!! The Prostat64 is ok...and gives me the additional protein I need. Still feel great!!...and healthy....

9/8/04-At 92 lbs loss. Still doing well. Protein is down, but trying Pro-stat64 liquid protein to see if I can bring my levels up. School os back in, so walking is back on!
