"My first impression of Dr. Lutrzkowski was very positive. We (my mom and I) spent an hour in his office as he explained the surgery and how it compared to other wls procedures. I found him to be sincere, and very empathetic to my mom's obvious concerns. He explained the technical aspects of the surgery in terms we could understand, and was realistic about weight loss results of the super morbid obese.
His office staff consisted only of Julie his assistant, yet things did not appear chaotic, and I have always gotten prompt responses to my phone calls.
He has a two-year after care program that consists of follow ups (at regular intervals) as well as attendance to bi-weekly support group meetings."
