"My first meeting with Dr. Zahn was when I attended his mandatory pre-op seminar. I was very impressed with him, and I really liked his sarcastic sense of humor. He encouraged us to ask questions and gave detailed, knowledgeable answers. And if he didn't know, he said so! He has an all-encompassing program, including a nutritionist, psychologist, support group, etc. Since then, I have seen him on more than one occassion and he has been great every time. Very calming and funny. :) As for his office staff, they have generally been very helpful, but on more than one occasion, I felt like they couldn't be bothered to help me or answer my questions. But they did take care of all of the insurance information and approval process. I was approved in 8 days. All in all, I have had a pretty good experience with his team."
